Who We Are

These Terms apply to services provided by ESSA STUDIO MCHJ (“Company,” “Essa Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered at 100084, 2 Shayx Shivliy mahallasi, Shayx Shivli MFY, Bodomzor str., Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Description of Services

Cat Translator provides a subscription-based mobile application that uses AI to interpret cat vocalizations, offering mood analysis, a sound library, and related pet-companion features. The Services are available globally on iOS and Android.

AI Disclosure

The Services use artificial intelligence, including third-party AI providers, to deliver certain features. Specifically:

• OpenAI processes your chat messages and the health-related profile data you provide (including gender, age, height, weight, goal type, and desired pace of achieving your goal) to generate personalized nutrition recommendations, meal plans, and conversational responses.
• FatSecret processes food photos you submit to identify meals and estimate calorie and macronutrient content.

You are interacting with an AI system when using the chat assistant and food-scanning features. AI-generated outputs are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You should independently review any AI-generated information before relying on it. Further detail on how this data is processed is available in our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

To use the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately at a.support@airshow.dev if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

We may offer a free trial or a paid introductory trial to new users. At the end of either trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid recurring subscription at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Trial offers are available to new subscribers only.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You authorize the applicable platform to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

We may change subscription prices. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the new price applies constitutes acceptance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with our Policy and applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Create more than one account per person
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Services

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software — are owned by Essa Studio or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

User Content

You may submit content to the Services (e.g., meal photos, food logs, progress data). You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services. You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

This license includes transmitting your content (e.g., meal photos, chat messages, and health profile data) to third-party AI service providers referenced in the AI Disclosure section above, solely for the purpose of generating the requested output. We do not use your content to train our own proprietary AI models.

Health and AI Disclaimer

The Services provide general health and wellness information for educational purposes only. Calorie estimates, nutritional breakdowns, and meal plans are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided automatically. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances, and do not account for your complete medical history. Content within the application, including AI-generated content, is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified physician, dietitian, or other healthcare professional, particularly if you have any medical condition, allergy, or dietary restriction. Always consult your doctor before starting any fitness or nutrition program. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the Services or reliance on AI-generated content.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. For data-related questions, contact a.support@airshow.dev.

Third-Party Services

In particular, the Services integrate with OpenAI and FatSecret to provide AI-powered features as described in the AI Disclosure section above. The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (including app stores). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ESSA STUDIO MCHJ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Essa Studio and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the application or by other appropriate means. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if termination is necessary to protect the Services, other users, or third parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
